1. How long does shipping take?
As all of our products are made to order in our studio in Liverpool, we currently work to a 10 working day turnaround period. If you have a specific date you would like your order for, please get in touch and we will always try our best to get your order to you in time for your event. Please note, this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods.
2. Can I return or exchange my order?
For made-to-order items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. These items are exchange only. This is because all of our products are made in our studio to order and a lot of work goes into producing these high-quality products. We recommend that when you are ordering a product, you send us your measurement so we can best advise you on sizing before you place your order.
3. What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
If you receive your item and deem it to be faulty, please return the item to the address stated on the website. Please provide a clear explanation of the fault with your item, as this will assist when we investigate the issue. Faulty items should be returned with the tag still intact to be eligible for a refund. However, we can still provide an exchange or repair the faulty item if you wish to proceed with the purchase.
4. Can I return or refund a bespoke order?
Bespoke orders are not eligible for returns or refunds due to the product being made to your measurements. In the case of a faulty bespoke order, you may return your item for a refund or for the item to be repaired. If a faulty order is the case, please return the item with an explanation of the issue. This will allow us to quickly repair the fault and return it to you.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Not at the present time unfortunately. However, we aim to offer this service in the future. Keep an eye on website for updates!
6. How do I find the right size?

A: To measure your bust, wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Q: How do I measure my waist?
A: To measure your waist, wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.
Q: How do I measure my hips?
A: To measure your hips, wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
